Payment Terms

The Studio’s standard payment terms are that all payments must be settled in full before the day of the Class (or unless otherwise agreed in advance with The Studio).

Cancellation Policy

A paid for and confirmed class is refundable with a 7 days notice. The refund will take 5-10 days. If the notice is less than 7 days, The Studio will not refund the class fee but we will move The Student to the first available class within the next three months. If we do not receive a notice, The Studio does not have to refund The Class fee or offer another class to The Student.

The Studio can cancel any class with a 5 days notice if the number of students is lower than 5. In this case, The Studio will fully refund all students.

If any of the Crew Members cannot attend because of illness or any other type of emergency, The Studio has the right to replace them and run The Classes as normal.

Health and Safety

No smoking is allowed in the building, including The Studio. Cooking is not permitted in The Studio (however, the microwave in The Studio may be used). Prior to commencing work, The Students should familiarise themselves with the location of the clearly-marked fire exit in the building.

Terms of Use

Use of The Studio and equipment is at The STUDENT'S OWN RISK. The Student hereby waives rights to seek legal redress for mishaps, accidents, and/or loss while on our premises. The Student agrees to leave The Studio, the building in the same condition as when The Student arrived. The Student is solely responsible for any legal infractions they or members of their party commit during The Class Period, be they in The Studio or within the building.

The Student agrees to be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying The Student whilst in the Studio in the building. The Student understands that if The Studio is of the view that dangerous or negligent practices or activities are being engaged in during the Hire Period, The Studio reserves the right to stop The Class and require The Student and The Student's party to leave immediately. However, The Studio assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY to act in such cases. The Student agrees to hold The Studio, its agents, representatives, and anyone acting on behalf of the Studio completely harmless from any action, legal or otherwise, that results from The Student's conduct.

Save in respect of anything that cannot be excluded by Statute, neither the Manager nor The Studio takes responsibility for any loss or damages suffered by The Student, caused by, or arising from its use of The Studio or any Equipment. All equipment and valuables brought on to The Studio premises by The Student shall be at The Student's own risk. It is in The Student's best interests to make sure that they have sufficient insurance to cover themselves and their equipment.

The Student agrees to hold harmless The Studio, its owner, agents, representatives, and contractors acting on its behalf for any loss, accident, or injury to The Student's self or anyone who accompanies The Student whilst on our premises.

These terms and conditions shall be read and construed in accordance with English Law.
